The deal, in plain English

You need an account to use Tree Studios. One account per human, please. Keep your password to yourself. If someone gets into your account, tell us so we can help.

You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you invite people to your workspace, you're responsible for who you let in.

Use Tree Studios to plan, align, and run product strategy. Don't:

• Try to break the service or get into other people's accounts
• Upload content that's illegal, abusive, or violates someone's rights
• Scrape, copy, or resell the product
• Use it to spam or harass anyone
• Pretend to be someone you're not

If you do, we may suspend your account. We'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it unless the breach is serious enough to act first.

The strategy you build in Tree Studios — every objective, initiative, comment, and note — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership. We don't train models on it. We don't share it with anyone outside your workspace.

You give us permission to store and display your content as needed to run the service. That's it.

Tree Studios is in active development. Features will change. Some things will improve, some things might break briefly. We try hard to keep your data safe and the app working, but we can't promise zero downtime.

We might pause or stop a feature if it's not working out. If we ever shut down the whole service, we'll give you plenty of notice and a way to export your data first.

You can delete your account any time from your profile settings. We can close accounts that break these terms — but we'll always tell you why.

When an account is deleted, we remove your data from our active systems. Backups roll off within 30 days.
